Order Processing Time
- All custom box orders are processed within 3 business days for standard production.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Expedited 1-day rush production is available for an additional fee.
Shipping Options
- We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including Standard, 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

- We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery Times
- Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days after production, depending on your location. We ship from Massachusetts.

- 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days after production.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after production.
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days after production, depending on your location. We ship from Massachusetts.
- Please note: We do not guarantee UPS or FedEx shipping times. Delays by carriers are beyond our control.
Using Your UPS Account Number
- We offer the option to use your UPS account number for shipping. Please email us at feedback@brandINcolor.com to arrange this.
- When using your UPS account number, the shipping terms are “FOB Shipping Point.” This means the buyer assumes responsibility for the goods once they leave our premises.
- There is a $5 handling fee for using your UPS account number.
Freight Shipping for Large Orders
- For large orders, we offer freight shipping, which is more economical than standard ground shipping. Please contact us for a custom quote at:

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email.
Shipping Damage or Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether through a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- brandINcolor is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
