Custom Orders
- All custom printed boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is due to the personalized nature of the products we create for you.
- Once your order is in production, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
- Due to our quick production process, orders can be changed or canceled only on the same day that they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at feedback@brandINcolor.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive your order and it is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. You must provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
- We will review your request and offer a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a full refund depending on the situation.
Order Errors
- If we make an error with your order (such as incorrect printing, incorrect quantities, or wrong product type), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue by either sending you the correct items or issuing a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective products caused by brandINcolor.
